Rouen

Rouen Port

Not once I remembered disliking this part of France. Rouen has and always been this pretty even under dark clouds. This French port lies approximately 70-nautical miles in a river stretching from the bay of Siene (Bay de Siene).

We arrived at the pilot station at 8PM and with pilot onboard we sailed down the river at night time. Getting to the port of Rouen could have been a lot better if we sailed the river at daytime. The scenery along the river is stunning, so it’s always best (not better) to sail into the river in broad daylight.

I enjoy the seas but I love the less demanding life in a farm more than anything else. While I find myself caught between personal life and work, I still manage to make time doing the one thing that I enjoy – BLOGGING.
