Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and residents from Metro Manila and Baguio City traveling abroad can now get their COVID-19 vaccination certificate online! The Philippine government has launched National Digital Vaccine Certificate (VaxCertPH). This is a system for fully vaccinated Filipino individuals to obtain their COVID – 19 vaccination certificate without leaving home. One can either download or print a copy of the certificate.
How to Get COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate Online
1. Visit VaxCertPh and proceed by clicking CONTINUE.
2. Review and accept the data privacy statement by ticking the box. Prepare your vaccination card and any government-issued ID before proceeding.
3. Answer the questions and fill in the required information. Make sure the details you entered match the data in your vaccination card. After filling in the required information, proceed by clicking VERIFY VACCINATION INFORMATION.
4. A box pops up for you to review the data you entered. After you have reviewed and confirmed that all details are correct, proceed by clicking CONTINUE or click GO BACK if you need to edit data.
5. Prove that you are human by entering the seven characters displayed. Click OK and that’s it!
