Woohoo! Can you believe it? It’s the start of a brand new year! And you know what that means? It’s time to kick things off with a bang! I’m super pumped to share my very first post with you all, but I have to admit, I’m not quite sure how to make it happen… haha! Don’t worry though, my creative juices are flowing and I’ve got an idea that’s really important to me and I hope it’s going to be epic! (at least for me…LOL…)
I’ve just finished a major project that I’ve been working on for nearly three months. Can you believe it? I am talking about the condo unit I invested in 2019. To be honest, when I bought this condo, I had no plans living there or keeping it for personal use, I acquired it with a clear purpose in mind – to rent it out and make some serious cash.
Renting out the condo unit means I have to make it appealing to potential renters – whether they’re looking for a short-term or long-term stay. After checking out similar rental units on Airbnb, I realized I need to upgrade the interior and make it more Instagram-worthy.
Although the upgrade costs a bit it has to happen to make sure my tenants are happy and comfortable. And it did happen (no choice…LOL..) I furnished the unit with appliances like a wide-screen smart TV, subscribed to a reliable internet provider, installed a good air conditioning unit, and completed the mini kitchen with all the essentials.
But still, I wanted to spruce up the interior a bit more. Luckily, I had the help of Ma’am Raincel Rose Uy. She did an incredible job of taking care of everything – from finding the best carpenter in the city to install built-in cabinets, wardrobe cabinets, and top counters, to picking out all the essentials that only a seasoned homemaker would know. I’m so grateful for her help!
So this is it! I just shared my very first post of the year, but I’m not entirely sure if it’s a hit or a miss. Haha, I guess I’ll find out soon enough! Seriously, I’m excited to see how it turns out!
