This attraction may be manmade but it is just as beautiful and as wonderful as the natural attractions found on this farm and resort. The amazing thing is, this new attraction started at the most unexpected time – during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bamboo Park and Light Show showcases not just the beautiful and colorful lights displayed at night, but also how a family worked together to turn this dream place into reality.
When most people were complaining when the strict quarantine protocols were placed in various parts of the country, the Tan family used this precious time to come up with something wonderful. It all started with their vacation house in the mountains. When the ECQ was placed and no one was allowed to go out of their residences, their father told them to make good use of their extra time by crafting their own garden.
Lo and behold, the finished output – a breathtaking and one of a kind Bamboo Grove Park at Serenity Farm and Resort. The new attraction was launched and opened to the public last September 26, 2020. The entrance fee to the place is 200 pesos wherein you can use the 100 pesos to buy food and drinks inside. Children 10 years old and below can enter inside for free!
Once inside, you can enjoy the amazing scenery and pose in beautiful photos as you walk along the bright Bamboo Park. The light show starts at 6:30 pm and this lasts for a good 2 hours wherein the last show is presented at 8:30 pm. As for the food, they serve different variations of street foods like tempura, squid balls, fish balls, and crab sticks for a very affordable price! If you want to have a heavy meal, you can also enjoy their boodle fight which is good for 2, 4, or 6 people! You can also partner this with beer and wine or simply go for cold soft drinks and bottled water.
If you want to take a short break from the hustle and bustle of the city, make sure to put Bamboo Grove Park in your checklist and see its beauty for yourself! You will enjoy the beauty of the place while you’re there and even after you leave the place because you will surely be taking lots of amazing photos to bring home with you!
