We Arrived in the Beautiful Port Town of Cadiz: Fresh Seafood, and Late Departure

We arrived in the beautiful port town of Cadiz midday after an amazing voyage from Lisbon. As we pulled in, we were greeted with a stunning view of the three massive cruise ships that were already docked in port. I could only imagine how bustling the town must have been that day!

During our stay in Cadiz, I knew exactly where most of the ship’s crew headed – to that seafood restaurant known for serving fresh seafood. The name of the place slipped my mind, but it was a local favorite and our go-to spot every time we were in Cadiz.

Our departure from the port was later in the evening, which was a welcomed change from our usual schedule. It gave us more time to relax and unwind after a not-so-hectic day. I took advantage of the extra time and caught up on my online activities. It was a rare treat to have such a late departure, and I felt grateful for the extra time to savor the beauty of Cadiz before heading to sea again.
